Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Los Angeles

Rent: $1,350 (Month-to-month, Furnished, All Utilities, High Speed Internet, Gated Parking INCLUDED) plus $1,000 deposit. My beloved roommate is moving closer to work and need someone to take her room:) THE APARTMENT: The apartment is a very large, 3bd/2bath with lots of natural light and a big patio. The entire apartment is furnished as well as the bedroom. Option to keep or get rid of anything you wish in the room if it’s not for you, however it’s almost fully furnished. YOUR SPACE: The bedroom is large, with a good amount of closet space! You will share a large bathroom with one other girl (the bathroom is very large, has tons of storage, and is split into two areas) THE BUILDING: Apartment is located in a complex called Cross Creek Village, a very large gated complex with lots of grass areas and greenery:) It’s very quiet with lots of families. There are multiple laundry rooms on site, two pools, a gym, spa, sauna and tennis courts.ABOUT THE AREA: Playa del Rey is a quiet beach neighborhood with great restaurants and dive bars. The beach is a 20-30 min walk or quick bike ride away from our place:) Our place is less than 10 minutes from LAX, but you never hear airplane noise. Ideal location for someone working on the westside or in the Southbay. Marina Del Rey, El Segundo and Manhattan Beach adjacent. Freeways are close enough for easy commute but without the freeway noise. IDEAL ROOMMATE We would prefer a young professional female in their 20’s 30’s or 40’s who’s laid back, respectful, clean and doesn’t party too hard. Hoping to find someone who goes to work as I work from home, however there is plenty of room to WFH in the large room you’d be renting as well. Proof of stable income and good rental history are a must. I love animals, but unfortunately the landlord does not allow pets (this includes cats as well.)ABOUT ME I am a working professional who works from home during the day and I also work as a bartender at the local dive bar a few nights a week. I am clean, laid back, and respectful. I like to cook during the week but sometimes just order in. I have friends over for the occasional mellow wine night/dinner party. And I like having girls over to watch the Bachelor on occasion. But most nights I just do my own thing in my room or living room and relax. On weekends, I both like being out and about, brunch, beach days, and going out at night on occasion or I’m working at the bar.
