Rent a room in Broomfield

Hello! I have 2 options for sharing space in my home. The first option: You can use the entire ground floor level of the home. It's a completely remodeled "basement" but had tiling flooring, cabinet space, a window and an open floor plan to create a mini studio, bedroom, work space, art/creativity space, workout space and more. You would have the main floor half bathroom to your self and shared main bathroom with shower on the 2nd floor. Shared living & dining area space, kitchen, patio and detached garage. The 2nd option: You would have the spare bedroom on the 2nd floor, shared main bathroom on 2nd floor; and shared living & dining and kitchen space, patio, detached garage. I have one awesomely cool, friendly cat. I live a very healthy lifestyle. Prefer no additional pets. Might reconsider that depending on the pet. Looking for a female who is responsible, clean, friendly, respectful and employed.
