The house includes a nice backyard, two orange trees (feel free to pick as many as you like) with a jacuzzi and a golf course right behind my home. It’s very quiet, safe, and walkable neighborhood with a big park walking distance, two minutes away. There are a lot of amenities nearby including a shopping mall (Superstition Springs).I’m searching for a working, mature, and professional individual. Someone who has a clean rental record with no previous evictions. Single occupant only and absolutely NO COUPLES. This rental will require a background and employment checks. No smoking inside or outside.A little about me I’m an architect with both Bachelors (2015) and Master of Architecture (2018) from Arizona State University.
