Looking for a roommate to rent 1 fully furnish bedroom in our newly remodeled home. Current residents of my home includes myself and my husband and one other roommate. We are looking for a roommate who is a professional, friendly, and clean. Our home is located near Kaiser Permanente Hospital, nearby restaurants, Groceries, highway 85, and 101. Not too far from Westfield Shopping mall (Oakridge)Utilities included and light cooking only. . We do have a separate refrigerator for renters only. We do prefer a working professional who works day shift. No smoking or drugs are allowed. Referrals needed.
