Rent 2 bedroom apartment in La Sierra Hills

Will have full access to the apt. Patio is maintained for leisure time ( ZEN ) excuse the patio I'm cleaning & donating. Should be cleared by move - in. A professional for 35 years as a nurse & I'm never home. Very well maintained. Nothing loud it disturbs my neighbors.. I would like to talk before move in so the rules are well understood Thanks in advance. I will come in from time to time with my mom .. who has dementia to grab some things & then out again. So much more than an apt I call it HOME ! Cleanliness a must and the kitchen has everything. Wqsher & dryer also. Interviews are this Saturday with a move in on the 1st.
