Room looks out on large completely private patio/yard that is surrounded with beautiful plants That would be for use by tenant.Location is ten minutes away from Laguna Beach and Dana Point and all beaches.Important to note: Rental is for one bedroom, full private bathroom and use of private front patio. The rental does not include the rest of the house. Tenant must have full current references and must have full time employment, out of the house. Prefer a woman.
