Das Wohnumfeld ist einer der besten in Dortmund. Nah am Westfalenpark und Phönixsee. Kostenlose Parkplätze an den umliegenden Strassen verfügbar. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer Hauptstrasse, doch in der Wohnung bekommt man davon nichts mit.
Die Fenster verfügen über einen Schall und Sonnenschutz, so dass es auch bei hohen Temperaturen in der Wohnung nicht zu warm wird.
Die Einzelbetten lassen sich zusammenstellen und mit einem Topper zu einem großen,gemütlichen Doppelbett umwandeln.
