Rent 3 bedroom house in DeCordova

I have a bedroom available in a 3bed/2ba house in Granbury, right near the lake! Your bathroom would be the guest bathroom that would be in a shared hallway. If you need an office space, there is another room with a desk in it you can use. My house has a yard with a patio, and is in a gated community on the lake with 24/7 security. The neighborhood has tons of amenities, including fitness center, volleyball, pickleball, tennis, pool. Utilities and internet are included in the rent price. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so my roommate would need to be good with pets. I live a quiet, low key lifestyle, like to be outdoors, I work mostly from home. I just bought the house a couple months ago so I've been doing some light renovations and painting so she's not fancy but she's cozy and comfortable :)
