A little about me and other roommate: We are both young professionals (28), I was born and raised in San Diego, love to keep the home very clean, work 9-5, we enjoy going to the gym and being outdoors. Info on the room: it is approx 10x12 room w/ new flooring, freshly painted, 2 windows with faux wood blinds, ceiling fan with light and upgraded larger closet.
