Rent a room in Sacramento

One upstairs room available in a 3 bedroom townhouse located in midtown. Street parking, but we have a driveway with space for one vehicle. Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, living room, washing machine and dryer. No credit check. Currently 3 tenants: one couple (19 & 20) in one room and one male roommate (23) in the other. No one older than 25 please. Rent is $800, deposit is $1600. Utilities and the internet will be split in between tenants. Pets are allowed, but to get one the lease you will need a pet deposit of $200. If you’re not comfortable with LGBT people in any way, then this room is not for you.
