Looking for a roommate to rent a room in a quiet, private 2BR/2BA 1252 sq ft condo. Great location only 10 minutes walk from UTC mall and trolley station. Current roommate leaving due to family reasons.Unit/room details- Room is 11x11 with a large closet spanning one wall. Room is on opposite side from master BR.- Two storage closets just outside the room.- Own bathroom- In-unit laundry- Spacious kitchen with gas stove- Reserved parking space in secure garage- Included amenities include tennis courts, pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ areaAdditional details- Gas/electric/internet is split. Water is covered.- Unit is currently partially furnished. I can be flexible based on the furniture situation of the prospective roommate.- No pets or smoking/drugs allowed- 6-12 month lease preferred.I am a 41 y/o male working in biotech. I am quiet and will usually be in the unit on weekdays, but I do like to explore a bit on the weekends. I prefer a low-key roommate who will keep the common areas clean.
