Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Long Beach

My roommate moved out and I need to fill the empty bedroom in the apt. It's the master, private bedroom, private bathroom, off street garage parking. Utilities are around ~$80 a month or so per person, sec deposit is $800, monthly rent is $1212. I am looking for a male roommate, I dont care about sexual orientation or race or anything like that. Just that you are clean and can respect a shared living space. I have two cats in the apt already and am unfortunately not looking to add more pets at this time.
