Bedroom in 3 bedroom duplex with own bathroom

Hello, I have a room and private bathroom available in my 3 bedroom duplex. Room is medium sized - fits a dresser desk and full size bed no problem. Bathroom has a shower, place is remodeled and has nice appliances. Washer/dryer in the garage. Storage available if needed. Own fridge in the garage to separate your food if you’d like. I work full time, I am chill so please be like minded, drama free. just looking to save some money on rent so I can buy a house in a few years. I’ve been here 3 years and plan to stay at least 3 more. Decent neighborhood. Big back yard, patio to chill on. Let me know if you want to see it, hoping to get someone in on the 3rd of October. Hi-speed wifi, central ac, I’ll cover all bills - electricity, gas, water, trash, sewage, internet. I have a Pekingese who is 7 and well trained. I live here alone and have my 2 kids half the time. Saturday(every other)-Tuesday.. Thanks
