I’m looking for someone to sublet my room starting in January/February in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Logan Square apartment. -Managed by MadHern (the maintenance man is absolutely wonderful, quick, and responsive!)-Total rent is $1650, your share would be $830 with fees. -The apartment is 800 sqft-Shared coin laundry in the basement-Permit parking on street, closest buses are the 53, 74, and 76. It’s about a twenty minute walk to the Logan Square Blue Line -Has A/C, dishwasher, microwave -Your share of utilities will average $70 or less a month. -There is one cat that lives in the apartment and she is a cuddly sweetheart, and she gets along with other cats! -Your roommate would be a 27 year old museum curator and graphic designer. She primarily works from home M-F and is a very clean and lovely person. -The lease ends on May 30th with a potential to renew! -Minutes from an Aldi and CVS-Sugar Moon, Consignment Lounge, 606 trail all under 20 minutes away! Must have a reputable job, no collections, and be open for my management property to call landlord/employers for references. Message me for more details
