The house is a 1350sqft ranch house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The full-size bath with shower and tub will be yours to use privately. The second largest bedroom in the house will be exclusively yours but will not be furnished. You will have access to a parking spot in the detached garage. The garage and shed have some storage space we can share. There is no basement for storage, only a crawlspace. There is also an office that I'm willing to share, half and half. So, if you want to work remotely, you will have work/home separation and access to fiber internet. The living room, dining, and kitchen are all open-plan and are shared living spaces. All appliances are included. The house has full heating, cooling, and an instant hot water heater. There is a small deck in the backyard. The house's interior was refurbished in the past 5 years, and the outside was cleaned and painted this past May. The neighborhood is residential, reasonably quiet, and within walking distance of some shops on Big Beaver. I am a 36-year-old female Electrical Engineer. I'm pretty nerdy, very introverted, a cat lover, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent (ADHD mainly).
