Private room for rentBdrm with private bath available for rent in 4bdrm 2.5ba Oceanside home. Room is available partially furnished or unfurnished! We are a family of 3 in our 3rd year of leasing this rental home and our roommate for the past 2yrs just received orders to relocate. Our landlord requires renters pass a background and credit check prior to approval. All utilities are included in monthly rent price (high speed internet, electric, water, gas, etc.)! Property has washer/dryer, patio, backyard w/ covered patio, firepit, garage space for extra storage, Central AC, dishwasher, designates driveway parking and is located at the end of the street.About Us: We are two working professionals with a school-aged child. We wake up btwn 6-7am and are typically in bed by 9-10pm. We have pets, so must be ok with dog & cat. Unfortunately, no more pets allowed per our landlord. We are non-smoking, quiet, respectful, and very rarely have guests.
