Bedroom with private bathroom for rent. Mother(owner) and daughter live here. Quiet home, 420 friendly, as long as it's done outside home. Kitchen, dish washer, washer/dryer available for use. Will have designated space in fridge and cabinets for personal kitchen use. No overnight guests. Prefer a female as this we only have females living here. Utilities included in rent payment . Near Sac City college, Sac State, 99 freeway, and walking distance from grocery store, and gym. Two indoor/outdoor cats in home. $400 deposit. One reference needed and will meet in public place before showing home. Alternative option is to have a background check done through credit bureau. Small desk and chair along woth mounted TV could be left in room if needed.
