Rent a room in Fullerton

Hi there! I have a room available with a private patio included. Approximately 12.5 x 11 not including closet space or patio. You'll be sharing a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home in downtown Fullerton. It's within walking distance to the train station and Fullerton College. The bathroom is shared with one person. Utilities and broadband is included. Laundry in house included. Parking permit included. We are 3 working professionals looking to add one more person. We don't party in house and are respectful of each other's privacy.
