Rent a room in Los Angeles

The house is in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. I am renting the master bedroom and a private master bathroom with a shower, toilet, large mirror, and sink with a vanity cabinet.No pets, no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, and no guests visiting. An interview in a public restaurant near the house is preferred.Located in North Hollywood, the furnished bedroom and bathroom include free access to the washer and dryer. There's a large driveway for off-street parking, It also includes a gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, and coffee maker. It includes an amazing California King Tempurpedic bed with brand new sheets, a closet for clothing and light storage.
