Each en-suite room comes with a comfy small double bed, en-suite shower, loads of storage, plenty of work-space and a shared kitchen and living space to enjoy with your flatmates. Our studios include all of the same great features but also offer TVs and your own mini-kitchen. Plus, we don’t charge extra for couples wanting to share!

Enjoy all the perks of what Norwich has to offer, with the city centre only a stone’s throw away and close to both University of the Arts and the bus to take you up to UEA. You also have a variety of shops, bars and restaurants right on your door step!
