Rent 1 bedroom house in Tustin

We love music and animals and my husband is a very active Mountain Biker. We have been very fortunate in our lives, and we love to open our home up to international students.We have 2 small dogs and 2 cats (all pets are indoor only). If you dont like animals and music ~ you will not be a good fit with our family and stop reading now; but if you do ~ then we live in the best neighborhood in Orange County. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom (shower and jaquezzi-tub). The 4th or Main Bedroom has a private bathroom used by my husband and myself. OpenMinded and Tolerant family - We are a very open-minded family who embraces other cultures. We are not religious, but we accepting of others individual beliefs. We are LGBT friendly. We have lived in this area for nearly 13 years and we have a large group of friends from my cultural and ethnic backgrounds. We are very easy-going and informal. We recently hosted a teacher from Japan for 2 months. He told us he loved the neighborhood, the park, the great weather, our house, pets and he was a musician who was able to feel comfortable practicing his singing and ukulele while he was here. He also mentioned that he really like the healthier foods we had available, as that was one of his concerns prior to his visit.Our neighborhood High School is Tustin High School. TUSD allows transfers to other Tustin High schools, based on a lottery system.-Private, furnished bedroom - Yes-WIFI - Yes-Washer / Dryer - Yes-Meals - Any - We have a large gourmet kitchen that students are welcome to use. A couple of us are vegetarians, but then others eat meat. We are pretty healthy and eat a lot of locally grown fruits and vegetables year-round (because it is California)
