We are looking for non smokers and friendly person to live with us. You can enjoy watching movies in a big cinema or listen to music with a good gramaphon or one of the best speakers in the world. This cinema room is shared with us.
Location: it is in the central part of Berlin but in a quiet part. close to cafes, bars, supermarkets. Excellent public transport connections (3 different S-Bahn stations, bus, tram)

Wir sind zwei junge, freundliche Menschen, die gerne kochen und eine entspannte, einladende Atmosphäre schaffen. Das Apartment verfügt über einen geteilten Balkon, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein privates Zimmer. Zusätzlich können Sie in unserem großen Heimkino Filme schauen oder mit einem hochwertigen Grammophon bzw. einem der besten Lautsprechersysteme Musik genießen. Wir suchen Nichtraucher*innen und eine freundliche Person, die gut zu uns passt.
Lage:
Das Apartment liegt zentral in Berlin, jedoch in einer ruhigen Gegend. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Cafés, Bars und Supermärkte. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind hervorragend angebunden (3 verschiedene S-Bahn-Stationen, Bus und Tram).
Natur:
Nur 8 Minuten entfernt befinden sich ein Fluss mit Booten und ein Park – ideal für Freizeitaktivitäten und Erholung.
