Rent a room of 200 m² in Malmo

We (a couple and a 6 month old baby) are renting out a 25 sqm furnished room in our big flat in the centre of Malmö (Södra Förstadsgatan). It is a 200sqm century style apartment at best location close to Triangeln and all the parks. Rent is 7000 SEK and includes everything (electricity, internet, cleaning of common rooms every two weeks). Starting from January or Mid-December. We are open for any person that is interested in sharing this beautiful space in a friendly and considering way. The furnished apartment has two toilets and an equipped kitchen. It has a laundry machine and tumbler in the flat and there is a big common living room that we share. We are Max, Swedish engineer 42, Petra, Swiss project manager on parental leave 34 and baby Moa. We currently speak English and Swedish at home. We are using 3 connected rooms of the apartment as our own space but share the bathroom, kitchen and big second living room with you. We are both uncomplicated and we just had a German exchange student renting the room for 6 months which worked out very well.
