The two-room apartment has been recently renovated and is located just outside the center of Bologna, near Porta San Felice. The apartment consists of a living area with access to a balcony, including a kitchenette with induction plate, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and Nespresso. The apartment is complete with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The fully furnished apartment has air conditioning and free internet access as well as an LCD TV, washing machine, iron and hairdryer. N.B. Excluding the costs for the supply of linen and cleaning during the mandatory stay and with a frequency to be agreed, a cleaning at least every 2 weeks, for a cost of 60 euros every cleaning.
