Lower Cannon Hill Cres is an excellent location: low enough to bike to town on the cycleways (and quite possible to bike back up), or a walk to Ferrymead Park or to Ferrymead shops. High enough for a view. Multiple bus options for getting easily into town and directly out to Airport.The house is split over two levels.
