It’s located in Ontario in a quiet community and great neighborhood by Haven Ave and Ontario Ranch Blvd just 2 miles away from many restaurants and groceries like Costco and 99 Ranch.Included: • Each room is furnished with a bed, a desk, and a chair. • All utilities such as water, electricity, gas, and internet are included to reasonably use amount. Exceeding bills will be provided to all renters to share evenly. • Shared kitchen with stove and microwave. • Shared washer/dryer. • Tenants to provide their supplies such as for laundry and cooking. • Many guest/street parking available by the house. • 2 car garage parking space available for rent for $120/month per car.Looking For: • Single individual with a job to cover 3 times of the rent preferred. • No pets, no drugs, no party, no overnight guest, and no smoking indoor please. • Background check with credit score above 700 strongly preferred. • Please keep the room and shared area such as kitchen and bathroom clean after use.
