Metrolink train accessable from the City of San Fernando & Burbank.Youd just be sharing the house with myself (adult male), 1 large parrot & 1 small dog. No other animals (with exceptions for birds, reptiles & rodents). Renting to an individual only. LGBTQ friendly. Minimum lease is 3 months. 1-month security.
