Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 43 m² in Dresden

English: After work, relax in our 2-room apartment in Dresden-Gohlis. The non-smoking unit is located on the 2nd floor and has a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a large sofa bed (for one person). In the living room, the new open and fully equipped kitchen is integrated. The dining table offers space for all guests. TV is available. There is also free Wi-Fi in the apartment. The modern bathroom has a bath with additional shower screen. In front of the house there is a parking space. For larger vehicles, public parking is available on the street. Every two weeks the apartment will be cleaned by a cleaning service.
There is a pizzeria in the house. Furthermore, there is a shopping market 100 meters away and also a petrol station. Immediately in front of the house is the bus stop with direct connection to the center. Only 3 minutes away by car is the motorway junction Dresden-Altstadt.
We specifically point out that there is no elevator in the house and the apartment has no balcony. It is a Non smoking apartment.
The rental prize is for 2 persons. With a 3rd person, the rental prize adds with 200€ per month. This also includes a cleaning service once per month.
German: Entspannen Sie nach getaner Arbeit in unserem 2-Zimmer-Apartment in Dresden-Gohlis. Die Nichtraucher-Einheit befindet sich im 2. OG und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Wohnzimmer mit großer Schlafcouch (für eine Person). Im Wohnzimmer ist die neue offene und voll ausgestattete Küche integriert. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für alle Gäste. TV ist vorhanden. Zudem gibt es kostenfreies WLAN in der Wohnung. Das moderne Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne mit zusätzlicher Duschwand. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen Stellplatz. Für größere Fahrzeuge sind auf der Straße öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden. Aller zwei Wochen wird die Wohnung durch einen Reinigungsdienst gereinigt werden.
Im Haus befindet sich eine Pizzeria. Des Weiteren befindet sich in 100 m Entfernung ein Netto-Einkaufsmarkt und außerdem noch eine Tankstelle. Unmittelbar vor dem Haus befindet sich die Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung in das Zentrum. Nur 3 Autominuten entfernt ist die Autobahnanschlussstelle Dresden-Altstadt.
Wir weisen spezifisch daraufhin, dass sich im Haus kein Aufzug befindet und die Wohnung keinen Balkon hat. Es handelt sich um ein Nichtraucherapartment.
Der Mietpreis bezieht sich auf 2 Personen. Bei einer 3. Person erhöht sich die Miete um monatlich 200€. Dies schließt einen Reinigungsservice pro Monat mit ein.
