The loft is simply furnished with 1 closet. As a loft, it is not completely closed in. However, it is visually private although not audio private. Use of earbuds or headphones is preferred. The whole apartment is warm, friendly, and comfortable in a security, non-smoking building with only 18 units. It's a quiet neighborhood, lots of outdoor parking and is located close to Orange Line and North Hollywood station.. It's walking distance to local restaurants and grocery store. We are near the heart of NoHo. I'm a friendly, easy going, kind and quiet roommate. I have a second bedroom with one roommate already there. Your bathroom is shared with him. He keeps to himself. and he's clean and neat. I'm looking for another easy gong and quiet roommate who is okay with my cat, though you'll never see her as she's very timid.
