Very spacious and bright room in Alvalade, overlooking a garden. It has a double bed, a desk, a bedside table, a built-in wardrobe and two bookcases. It also has a safe which is at the disposal of anyone who comes to share a house with us. The area is quiet and has many services, restaurants, shops and public transport, including the train and metro. The house will be shared with her three-year-old daughter and a 46-year-old literary editor and translator, who is also an amateur pianist, in a friendly and safe environment. She has two very calm and friendly dogs. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. She speaks Portuguese, Spanish, French, English, Italian and German. The price includes weekly expenses and cleaning. Please note that the owner accepts smokers as long as they don't smoke in the communal areas but gives preference to non-smokers. She accepts extra guests, but only occasionally, not on a regular basis.
