Rent 1 bedroom apartment in Marina del Rey

Looking for a roommate/tenant in my luxury Marina del Rey condo. Prefer a female and a small dog very well trained is ok if it gets along with my 9lb, friendly, hypo allergenic, quiet little guy. The complex is gated and is like living in a resort. Two tennis/pickle ball courts, two hot tubs, swimming pool and sauna. Space for rent is about 350 sq ft with washer dryer, private bath and a parking space. No TV in the bedroom, but Netflix and Prime are on the Living Room TV. More details available.
