Other things to note
It has recently come to my attention that the building’s management has not been able to find a replacement for the cleaning company that takes care of the cleanliness of the building. Therefore, the common areas in the building( stairs, hallways, etc) are messy. I apologize for the lack of aesthetics in the common areas, but I can assure you that the community of landlords is trying to find a solution as soon as possible. We personally clean and oversee the cleanliness of the apartment, you need not worry about the cleanliness of the apartment itself. My brother lives in the same building, his number is in the arrival instructions and can help solve any issues that arise. Finally, the neighborhood is not quiet, but it also not dangerous. It is located in BRNOX, which can appear poor. A great advantage of the location is its proximity to the center, it is extremely student friendly and a tram stop is located within a 1 minute walk. I have decreased the price based on the above mentioned updates.
