I'm in my 30s, I work full time, college grad, family oriented, I love animals but I don't any pets, I don't have kids, I have a car, I work a lot, I enjoy drinking, I do not want to live in party house, I'm okay with company, but I'm not okay with throwing parties everyday, even I don't smoke, I'm okay with having a root that smokes,and looking a for mature respectful roommate.
