Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Evanston

I work full time I have no kids or pets. Looking for a roommate that is working full time and who is mature. I rarely have company over and on my off days I usually relax at home. I have a beautiful loft with all new appliances. Wash and dryer in unit the wifi is free there are no residents above my unit or under my unit the neighbors are quiet. The roommate won't be on the lease.. the living room is completely furnished with a TV. I'm looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
