So, when you move in, you pay the deposit fee, the monthly room rent fee and the flat rate. Then, on the 10th of each month, you pay the room rent and flat rate costs for the period from the 11th of the current month to the 10th of the following month: which, including the winter overhead costs, is a total of HUF. The number of options cannot be combined. If you do not manage to fit this in, there is an option to
buy co-tenancy status for a room rent of +30,000 HUF and a deposit of +30,000 HUF. This also gives the person keys and unlimited access to the room.

Our House Rules also state that the toiletries used in shared rooms,
such as the bathroom, toilet and kitchen (typically: toilet paper, hand washing liquid, dishwashing detergent, dish sponge, grease remover, air freshener, etc.) are purchased jointly and must be financed in proportion to the number of rooms rented. This typically costs around HUF per room and is payable in arrears after purchase. For example, the last time it was 3,500 HUF.
Furthermore, the House Rules include the Cleaning Plan, according to which the tenant of the room will have the common areas cleaned every 5 weeks. In order to ensure the public health safety of the other roommates, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking is only allowed in the kitchen.
