Rent 5 bedroom house in Los Angeles

A room will be becoming available in my Venice Beach house that I'll be looking to fill in mid June/July if I find the right fit. The room has direct access from the front yard so you don’t need to go through the house. Front yard has hammocks and outdoor sectional, and shower. It’s a freestanding, bungalow style room that opens up to a nice patio with a grill, sectional couch, plants, and a big lemon tree. The room is partially furnished but if you have your own things that’s cool too. The house sits on a corner lot right next to the Venice Canals- about 2 blocks to the beach, 1 block to Washington, Abbott Kinney, and close to the boardwalk. Can’t beat the location really. Front yard has hammocks, an outdoor shower and outside lounge chairs. The house has 2 living rooms, a pool table, dining room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, back patio w/ fire pit, outdoor seating, and a garage for storage. Tenants are 3 guys who all remain busy with work during the day and use the common areas sparingly when home. I’m looking for a responsible tenant that has a similar disposition and will fit seamlessly into the situation. Needs to be responsible enough to pay rent on time and hold a steady job outside the house. The house is pretty mellow these days and we’re not bringing the party back but guests are welcome to hang out and shoot pool or hang out just as long as you’re considerate of the other housemates.
