A free monthly cleaning is included in the total rental price. The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of 50.00 EUR/month for all bills. The costs of: electricity, water, gas, will be borne by the landlord, up to an amount of 50.- EUR/month for the total bills. If the total amount of the bills for one month exceeds this amount, the tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the total amount for one month is 60,-EUR, the tenant must pay 10,-EUR at the time of collection.
