However, the apartment is completely quiet and we have decorated and equipped it so that you do not lack anything. We have a cot service on request. We are at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Check-in is free between 15:00 and 20:00. Between 20:00 and 23:00, please coordinate with us, as it has an additional cost that, depending on the time, can reach up to 150 EUR per reservation. A free monthly cleaning is included in the total rental price. The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of 50 EUR/month for each bill. If the amount of any bill in a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference.
