This exterior apartment has balconies that offer views of the lively street. In addition, it is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and heating. For those who need a space to work or study, the apartment also offers a dedicated area with a desk, providing a quiet and productive environment. This square, located a short distance from the apartment, is known for its multicultural and lively atmosphere. Here, you can enjoy a moment of relaxation on the outdoor benches while watching the comings and goings of the neighbourhood, and occasionally you can enjoy cultural events and street performances.Also, very close to Lavapiés, there is El Rastro, the largest open-air market in Madrid, which takes place every Sunday and public holiday. This market is a unique experience, where you can find a wide variety of products, from antiques to clothing and crafts.
