A fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need during your holidays. a spacious living room with satelite TV, Aircon/heating, dinning table that can accommodate 10 people.. The property has free high speed wifi. Cots and high chairs can be provided at no extra cost. The outdoor space is the most popular amongst our families with infants as it has a swimming pool that is only 1 mts deep- Nice shaded BBQ area, and the outdoor dinning area under the pérgola. We have 8 sunbeds and 3 parasols, plus the big dinning table and 10 outdoor chairs. We also have matresses for the sunbeds. The area is a residential area, where you can easily find parking space on the street. Just round the corner (less than 5 minutes walk) you will find 2 very big supermarkets (Mercadona and Supersol), and just down the road (about 15 minutes walk) Burriana beach where you have a range of restaurants, bars, shops, aquatic sport centers, masage therapists, etc... The property can accomodate up to 10 people.We are also happy to have guests for longer stays over the winter at a specially reduced price,
Nerja is a lovely fisherman town in the south of Spain. Very popular amongst turists in the summer months and quite with fewer tourists over the winter months.The winter months are a great oportunity to hike in the natural parks that surround Nerja, Almijara, Tejeda and Alhama. Or to go sight seing to neighbouring towns such as Frigiliana or even visit one of the 7 wonders of the world; The Alhambra in Granada.Nerja, even in the winter months, still guarantees many sunny days and mild temperatures.The property is located in a residential part of town, but still close enough to the center of town, restaurants and supermarkets to easily walk to.
