Rent 3 bedroom house in New York

Large Townhouse in Hamilton Heights, Broadway and 152nd Street, 5 min walk to the Line 1 subway and only a few subway stops to Times Square.My house is a 5 story mansion. I live alone and the entire house is set up as an Art Space. I own a private art collector's club, so sometimes I use the house to have exclusive events and presentations of art or fashion collections, so some of my clients come to the house to connect, shop and enjoy the events.I'm 40 years old, originally from Spain but I've lived in the USA for most of my life. I recently got a divorce, and now I'm alone in this huge house, so I'm considering the idea of renting 2 or 3 out of the 5 bedrooms I have empty, to young professionals that may need a place to stay in NYC and live in a very cool artistic place.But I'll only rent them to people that are trustworthy, laid back and professional.The house is very special, built in 1910, super exclusive, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and it has a very unique vibe to it. It's a jewel in the city.On the 4th and 5th floors of the house, I have several rooms available. They are very spacious, furnished, full of light, with closets, and each floor has 1 full bathroom. All utilities included.Sometimes I accept guests on the top floor for Airbnb Art Experiences. But these are usually 1-2 nights/month, and I make sure they're very special guests as well.I live in the 2 bottom floors of the house, so you'll barely see me since, even though I work from home, it's almost like a whole separate area of the house.Of course you'll have access to the kitchen and patio area that are downstairs as you need. And the basement has the laundry room as well, so you'll have full access to that as you need.I have a small puppy (super friendly Jack Russell - Freddy Mercury) and 2 older cats, also adorable and very well trained (Raya and Blu).
