The apartment is 35sqm and has an additional 8sqm balcony that runs the entire width of the apartment with 3 beautiful wooden double doors as access. The entire apartment is laid out with historic tiles. There is a separate bedroom with a bed made to measure by a carpenter. There is a fully equipped living-kitchen area. In the living area you can enjoy contemporary art and designer furniture.
