Close to Bart, shopping 880 and 580 freeway.**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**-We are looking for someone who is responsible, friendly, reasonably quiet, and easy going.-Someone who is reliable & has a steady full time job, able to pay on time every month and has no problem cleaning up after themselves.Willing to take their turn cleaning the common shared areas once a month between the four of us.-Someone who is a non-smoker, non-drug user, as well as a non-"party" type person. Outside smoker ok, Occasional visitor ok. Absolutely no drug or alcohol abuse from tenant or there guests.-This room will only be rented to one person only, no frequent overnight guests.**ABOUT ME**I am a 65 year old male Painting Contractor and I work out of my house and garage & and I am a friend of Bill W's.We have a very relaxed kick back house, drama free!
