Rent a room in Montreal

Bonjours à tous, je me cherche un nouveau colocataire pour mon 5 1/2 à Villeray. A proximité du métro Fabre 3 minutes de marche max),hôpital Jean talon, métro, Jean coutu, rue saint Hubert, marcher Jean-talon etc. Dans l’immeuble; l’électricité, l’hydro, le wifi et les meubles sont inclus avec les électros aussi(Laveuse/sécheuse dans le logement, four, microonde, frigidaire, télévision)!
Je cherche quelqu’un qui est quand même propre et qui n’est pas trop déranger par le bruit. Je cherche aussi des gens dans ma tranche d’âge. Parfait pour des étudiants ou gens qui entre le marché du travail. Pas d’animaux, pas de fumeur.
Je m’appelle elie, j’ai bientôt 19ans, je ne suis pas au études présentement mais, j’y retourne bientôt! Je suis une personne très créative et manuelle, je fais de l’art et de la couture et je joue au jeux vidéos!

It’s close to the Fabre metro (3 minutes of walk), Jean talon hospital, metro, Jean coutu, saint-Hubert street, Jean talon market, ect. In the appartement the, electricity, hydro, wifi and furniture and home appliances (oven, microwave, laundry/dryer, tv, refrigerator)are included!
I’m looking for someone who’s clean and doesn’t mind some noise. I’m also looking for people around my age. Good for students or people entering the work force. No pets, no smoking.
