Rent 1 bedroom apartment of 93 m² in Brunswick

English: The more than 90sqm ground floor apartment has a beautiful balcony patio and is within walking distance of the city center as well as within walking distance of the VW hall, Bürgerpark and Stadtbad.
I prefer to rent out over several months to currently 6 months. Later booking extensions or stays beyond this may be negotiable. I am happy to confirm a request with housing needs of a maximum of 2 people. Viewing is possible in advance.
The minimum lead time between the inquiry and the start of the rental period is 21 days.
If the contract is concluded at least six months in advance, I grant a monthly discount of 60 € on the stated rental price. Three months in advance equivalent to 30 €.
Warm letting, especially heating costs, cannot be calculated with certainty, which is why they are billed in cash according to gas consumption. (Currently 7ct./kWh). During the winter months, this can be an amount of 100€ /monthly, depending on heating requirements.
German: Die über 90qm große Erdgeschoßwohnung verfügt über einen schönen Balkonfreisitz und befindet sich fußläufig zur Innenstadt sowie in Geh-Nähe zu VW Halle, Bürgerpark und Stadtbad.
Vorzugsweise vermiete ich über mehrere Monate bis zu derzeit 6 Monaten. Spätere Buchungserweiterung bzw. Aufenthalte darüber hinaus sind unter Umständen vor Ort verhandelbar. Gern bestätige ich eine Anfrage mit Wohnbedarf von maximal 2 Personen. Besichtigung ist vorab möglich.
Der zeitliche Mindestvorlauf zwischen Anfrage und Beginn des Mietzeitraum beträgt 21 Tage.
Bei Vertragsabschluss mindestens sechs Monate im Voraus gewähre ich einen monatlichen Rabatt von 60 € auf den angegebenen Mietpreis. Drei Monate im Voraus entsprechend 30 €.
Eine Warmvermietung insbesondere Heizkosten lassen sich nicht sicher kalkulieren, weshalb diese nach Gasverbrauch in bar mit dem Vermieter abgerechnet werden. (Momentan 7ct./kWh). Während der Wintermonate kann dies je nach Heizbedarf ein Betrag um 100€ /mtl. sein. In den Sommermonaten Mai bis September wird kein Gasverbrauch abgerechnet .
