Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 52 m² in Stuttgart

Due to my job, I will be traveling for the next few months. Therefore, I would like to sublet my beautiful, cozy two-room apartment.
It has a separate bedroom, a living and working room, as well as a kitchen, bathroom, and hallway, and also a large balcony.
In my opinion, the apartment is suitable for one person, or a couple—two people who get along well…
Unfortunately, it is not suitable for shared living (WG).
Registration is not possible!
It would be an ideal temporary solution for someone who is currently looking for an apartment or someone who is only in Stuttgart for a short time.
A few more details:
A daylight bathroom with a bathtub.
The washing machine is in the kitchen. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher.
In the bedroom, there is a 1.60-meter-wide bed.
Large balcony, close to the forest and the city center.
The apartment is fully furnished and well-equipped with everything you need, including a height-adjustable desk. Therefore, it is also ideal for "home office" work.
The location is great, central, very close to the city/Schwabstrasse with lots of bars, parks, restaurants and yet quiet in the countryside. You can get to the forest even quicker than to the nearest pub.
There are various shopping opportunities, a REWE about 10 minutes away - as well as a small shop and very well-stocked drinks market right on the street.
The Hölderlinplatz subway station is within walking distance (10 minutes), the bus stop is almost on the doorstep.
The Schwabstrasse S-Bahn station is also not far away.
The main train station is 10 minutes away by bus.

ich werde in den kommenden Monaten aus beruflichen Gründen verreisen.
Ich möchte daher meine schöne, komfortable Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung untervermieten.
Es gibt ein separates Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer, sowie Küche, Bad und Flur, sowie einen großen Balkon.
Meiner Meinung nach wäre die Wohnung für eine Person geeignet - oder ein Paar, zwei Personen, die sich gut verstehen...
Für eine Wohngemeinschaft ist sie leider nicht geeignet.
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich!
Sie wäre eine ideale Übergangslösung für jemanden, der gerade eine Wohnung sucht oder nur kurz in Stuttgart ist.
Noch ein paar Informationen:
Tageslichtbad mit Wanne.
Die Waschmaschine befindet sich in der Küche.
Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler.
Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein 1,60 Meter breites Bett.
Großer Balkon, in der Nähe des Waldes und des Stadtzentrums.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich eines höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisches. Daher ist sie auch ideal für das Arbeiten im „Home Office“.
Die Lage ist super, zentral, ganz in der Nähe der Stadt/Schwabstraße mit vielen Bars, Parks, Restaurants und doch ruhig im Grünen. Man ist sogar schneller im Wald als in der nächsten Kneipe.
Es gibt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einen REWE ca. 10 Minuten entfernt - sowie einen kleinen Laden und einen sehr gut sortierten Getränkemarkt direkt an der Straße.
