Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 60 m² in Berlin

English: I offer my 2-room old building apartment, which was last renovated in 2023.
It is fully furnished and offers everything you need to live.
It is located in the rear building and is therefore very quiet.
There is a new fitted kitchen and also living room and bedroom are furnished.
It also has a balcony.
It is only suitable for a maximum of one person or a couple.
There are Rewe, Lidl and Netto in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes on foot) and other shopping facilities can be reached by bus or subway in 10 minutes.
Bus and subway are only 2 minutes away from the apartment. An SBahn is about a 10-minute walk away.
Neither smoking nor parties are welcome in the apartment :)
German: Ich biete meine 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung an, die zuletzt im Jahr 2023 saniert wurde.
Sie ist voll möbliert und bietet alles, was man zum Leben braucht.
Sie befindet sich im Hinterhaus und ist dementsprechend sehr ruhig. .
Es gibt eine neue Einbauküche und auch Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind eingerichtet.
Außerdem verfügt sie über einen Balkon.
Eignen tut sie sich ausschließlich für maximal eine Person oder ein Pärchen.
Es befinden sich Rewe, Lidl und Netto in unmittelbarer Umgebung (5min zu Fuß) und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Bus oder der Ubahn in 10min erreichbar.
Bus und U- Bahn sind nur 2min von der Wohnung entfernt. Eine SBahn ist circa 10min Fußweg entfernt.
Weder Rauchen noch Partys sind in der Wohnung erwünscht :)
