House has very fast wifi Xfinity Internet. Roommate will have full access to kitchen, laundry room, hall bathroom is shared. Parking is in front of house in driveway. Not on the street. Full access to backyard. We do have 2 full of love Labradors. The bedroom has a queen size foam temper-pedic mattress, full size dresser with TV and new Amazon fire stick, vanity with trifold mirror and chair. Big closet in bedroom. We just had a new air conditioner and heater installed for the house. We do work full time as a professional. We do go to college full time. We are very respectful of our roommate.
