The available bedroom is 12.5 ft. by 10 ft. It has a full closet and window. Shared bathroom. Few Restrictions:1. No alcohol, or very, very, little.2. No marijuana.3. No illegal substances.4. No firearms.Amenities include: dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, central heating & A/C, and in-unit laundry.I have a nice audio/video system you are welcome to use, but you must be mindful of the upstairs neighbor and myself. I often listen to music while working on my PC. The system has wireless headphones so you can use it during the "quiet hours" or whenever I need quiet too.So, what kind of person am I? Generally a peaceful person I am serious about my life. I have a few friends. The only time I get loud is when I turn on the music system.
