A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.ENERGY USAGE - Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. Any excess usage will be charged back to the guest.
